Ingredients
For store-bought puff pastry
- 1 sheet store-bought frozen puff pastry (thawed)

Fruit filling
- 1/4 cup canned peaches (cubed)
- 1 large mango (cubed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/7 tsp salt
- 5-6 tbsp peach syrup (from can)
- 1 tbsp water combined with 1 tbsp. cornstarch (thickening agent)
Cream cheese mixture
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 medium egg (beaten)

Making the fruit filling
- Place peaches, mangoes, sugar, peach syrup and salt in a pot and cook in low heat for 3-5 minutes or until tender.1/4 cup canned peaches, 1 large mango, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/7 tsp salt, 5-6 tbsp peach syrup
- Add thickening agent and continue cooking until thick and slightly puréed with bits of fruits still intact.1 tbsp water combined with 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Remove fruit mixture from heat and transfer in a bowl to completely cool down.
- Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the thawed sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, and gently roll it out with a rolling pin to create a slightly 12×8 larger rectangle.1 sheet store-bought frozen puff pastry
- Using a kitchen knife or pizza cutter, divide the puff pastry into 6 equal parts. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and beaten egg until smooth.150 grams cream cheese, 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 medium egg
- Spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry rectangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add peaches and mangoes mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture then brush the edges of the pastries with beaten egg.
- Place the filled pastries onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from oven and allow pastries to cool slightly before serving warm.
