Boil 3 cups water in a pot then add egg noodles. Stir to separate strands and cook until tender and cooked through.

Transfer noodles in a colander to drain water. Rinse with cold water and drain excess liquid. Set aside.
In a wok or pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onion until translucent then tip in bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.

Add cooked egg noodles and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Pour light soy sauce, salt ,pepper and spring onions. Stir for 1-2 mins. to evenly distribute ingredients.

Add sesame oil and continue frying noodles for 2-3 mins or until lightly crisp. Remove from heat.

Transfer a serving of noodles in a bowl and pour teriyaki sauce and some chili oil. Top with siomai. Bon appetit!
