Ingredients

  • 1 medium cantaloupe
  • 1 can 354 ml evaporated milk
  • 4-5 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Slice the cantaloupe into half. Remove all the seeds.

  • Using a melon scraper or spoon, scrape the cantaloupe and place in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large pitcher, combine water, sugar, and milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the shredded cantaloupe. Stir again to distribute.
    4-5 cups water, 1 cup sugar, 1 can 354 ml evaporated milk
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins or serve with ice. Bon appetit!
