Mushroom Gravy
It’s such a delicious way to top off so many of your favorite meals. We’ve also really enjoyed this gravy on almost every fried dish. This mushroom gravy is extremely versatile.

- 2 cups water
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp powdered garlic
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 beef cube
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 pcs whole pepper corn
In a bowl, mix water, flour, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until all ingredients adhere.
Melt butter in a saucepan in medium heat then add the mushrooms and saute until soft and brown. Add the pepper corn and set asides.
Using the same saucepan, pour in the water-flour mixture and whisk to break up any obvious flour clumps. Let boil and add the mushroom, stir until thick for two minutes and it's done.
