- 1/2 kilo ground pork rinse thoroughly
- 2 cups green beans cut into small pieces
- 1 pc green chili pepper
- 2 pcs siling labuyo red chili (Filipino bird's eye)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
Rinse and drain the ground pork really well. Wash the green beans thoroughly after cutting.
1/2 kilo ground pork
In a frying pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat then sauté garlic, onion and bagoong (shrimp paste).
2 tbsp shrimp paste, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp cooking oil
Add and stir-fry ground pork, stir in fish sauce to incorporate and let simmer for 5 minutes.

When the pork is brownish in color, tip in the green beans then stir.

Add the coconut milk and mix. Cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes or when the beans are soft.

Add the green chili, siling labuyo and stir. Cover again and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper until desired saltiness and spice is achieved. Serve and enjoy! Bon Appetit!
