- 1 medium onion cut into wedges
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 thumb-sized ginger sliced
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- 1 cup green beans cut into 2-inch strips
- 2 pcs green chili
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 packet sinigang mix sa miso
- 1 packet sinigang mix original
- 2 pcs salmon heads cut into two, gills removed and cleaned

You can ask the fishmonger to clean and cut the salmon heads for you. If not, remove the gills then cut in half and wash in running water. Set aside
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Saute onion until translucent then saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and cook until tender. Mash the tomatoes then add green beans and saute for 3 minutes or until half-cooked.
Throw in the salmon heads and cook all sides for 3-4 minutes.
Pour water and sinigang mix then cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add green chili. Simmer until green beans are tender.
Taste and season with salt if needed. Bon Appetit!
