Ingredients

  • 1 cup green mung beans
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tbsp powdered milk per serving
  • 2 tbsp sugar per serving

Instructions

  • In a pot, boil water over high heat.
  • When the water is boiling, add mung bean and cook for 10-15 minutes or until soft.
  • Drain excess water and mash the beans using a fork. Let it cool completely.
  • Transfer some mashed mung beans in a bowl and add powdered milk and sugar. Stir and serve. Bon Appetit!
