For base Cheesecake Ice Cream
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 397 grams condensed milk
For Mix-ins
- ½ cup Oreo cookies crushed (add more if needed)
- ½ cup strawberry jam add more if needed
- ½ cup graham biscuits crushed
Making the Cream Cheese Base
In a bowl whisk together your cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
I a different bowl. Beat whipping cream with hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peak. Add the cream cheese mixture then whisk in low speed until well combined.
Divide the cream cheese base mixture in two equal parts.
Making the Cookies and Cream Flavor
Making the Strawberry Cheesecake Flavor
Take the other half of cream cheese base and add strawberry jam and the graham biscuits. Mix well.
Transfer in a container with lid and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
