- 1 kilo grated cassava
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Pre-heat oven at 350° F or 180° C and prepare baking dish or baking pan by greasing with melted butter.
Place butter in microwave-safe bowl. Place bowl in microwave and cover bowl with small plate. Heat butter at 50 percent power until melted.

Place grated cassava in a mixing bowl. Crack and eggs, melted butter, sugar, salt, coconut milk and cheese.

Mix the batter with a rubber spatula or wooden ladle until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour cassava mixture in prepared baking pans and bake in oven for 40 - 50 then turn oven to broil setting for the remaining 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it cool down before slicing to serving size. Serve and enjoy. Bon appetit!
