Mushroom Gravy Sauce
Once you realize how simple it is to put together this Easy Mushroom Gravy, you just might serve it with everything. We love it on, pork chops and fried chicken to name a few of our favorites. It’s even fancy enough to serve with a holiday meal. We’re gravy addicts. Seriously we can’t get enough of this. Why? Because it’s so easy to make and super delicious, it’s hard to not want to eat it everyday. We put this stuff on everything. Mashed potatoes, meats, veggies, dipping with bread, you name it, we’ll put it on our savory foods anytime of day. This mushroom gravy is simple, quick and flavorful. It’s also super creamy without any cream in the recipe. That’s right – it’s a skinnier gravy, but you’d never know it! It takes less than 10 minutes to make and you probably already have all of the ingredients in your kitchen.

Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp powdered garlic
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 beef cube
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 pcs whole pepper corn
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix water, flour, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until all ingredients adhere.
- Melt butter in a saucepan in medium heat then add the mushrooms and saute until soft and brown. Add the pepper corn and set asides.
- Using the same saucepan, pour in the water-flour mixture and whisk to break up any obvious flour clumps. Let boil and add the mushroom, stir until thick for two minutes and it’s done.
